This is a Daily Dose of Happy recommendation. Bring the happy back inside. Go outside and feel better. I saw this video and was enlightened by the message. Really go outside and breathe some fresh air. Take notice of nature. This therapy is real simple. I bet you will feel better, even a little revived. Put down the cell phone, stand up and take a break from the computer, and take a walk on the wild side. I so recommend making this one of your daily doses of happy. The health benefits of going outside versus staying inside all day long will bring not only some fresh oxygen, but also increases your happy factor.
